Tour or Shuttle Selection/Package:

For service descriptions & options, click on the individual tours.  Besides the standard full-service option, you also have a last-minute option, 'Recession Tour' option and a 'couple option' (Mt. Hood tour only).

P/U time Requested:

My Chauffeur will choose the proper P/U time, if desired.  Pick-up time will be confirmed on your confirmation.  If you choose your p/u time, we will endeavor to maintain your requested schedule, but may adjust your requested tour time, if needed, for proper scheduling.  All tours must be scheduled to end by 6:30 PM.

Tour Guide:

A partial tour guide is standard and is a combination driver/guide.  The driver/guide does not give continuous narrative, but introduces each stop and does general narrative when possible, as well as answer questions.  A full tour guide (denotes 'continuous' narrative; guide is separate from the driver, requires additional costs, and if requested, is not guaranteed), .  See Liability Agreement below.  However, we will endeavor to accommodate your requests.  For Saturday tours; you may request, but we usually cannot accommodate a full tour guide.  If no choices are chosen, the default 'Partial Tour Guide' will apply.  You may also request no guide if you would like to just go the places with no info narrative.

Final Confirmation of your reservation date and vehicle will be sent to you by email or fax within 24 hours after we receive this reservation contract.   The vehicle will not be considered as “reserved” until this signed agreement is receive by us, and you receive the final confirmation from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that this communication is successful for each contract or renewed contact (if applicable), and to contact us if you do not receive the confirmation.  Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation.  My Chauffeur holds no liability and will issue no refunds due to lost communications.
