* PRICING TERMS/CONDITIONS:  TRIP CHARGE: This is the minimum charge for the reservation.  The chauffeur ‘gratuity’ is a service charge and equates to a 20% gratuity to the chauffeur.  COMMUTE CHG: 20% commute hours surcharge may apply M-F, 6:00 am-10:00 am & 3:00 pm-7:00 pm (commute hour charge should be removed if the chauffeur determines that the complete drive (to and from the P/U location) was “easy”, or did not delay your progress to and from the pickup location more than 15 minutes total).  STOPS ON-ROUTE: Town Car $5-$15 per stop (hourly reservations excluded); base charge is based on the furthest stop.  EARLY/LATE HOUR CHG: For early morning reservations occurring between 3:00 a.m. and 3:59 a.m., there is an additional $10.00 charge. For all late night reservations occurring between 11:01 p.m. and 2:59 a.m. (time is determined from when the passenger is in the vehicle), or for all flights originally scheduled to land between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., there is an additional $15.00-$20.00 charge.  $20.00 charge applies at 1:00AM.  STOPS OFF-ROUTE: Reverts to the vehicle hourly rate (wait time charge).  VEHICLE REQUEST: to guarantee a vehicle request, additional charges apply.  COUPON: Coupon presentation at the p/u location is required to be valid.  SUB-TOTAL CASH: Cash payments will receive a 4% discount off total charge.  Chauffeur may or may not be able to make change.  WAIT TIME: The chauffeur will wait at PDX for one (1) hour; 1 hour 15 minutes for international flights; after the passenger's flight touches down.  If it takes the passenger longer than this to meet their vehicle, they must call 503-969-4370 to retain their vehicle and avoid being charged for a No-Show.  Wait time charges after this time are $1.00 per minute for a town car sedan.  My Chauffeur monitors the status of all incoming flights.  For pick-ups going to PDX, wait time charges after 10 minutes are $1.00 per minute.  ‘CC IMPRINT OR CASH REQUIRED’: A CC imprint or cash is required at the time of the reservation.  The chauffeur is required to get a CC imprint or cash. Checks are only ok with management approval.  ‘ON ACCOUNT’: Signifies reservation is on account, and NO credit card imprint or cash is required.  If applicable; we send the credit card receipt via e-mail the day after the final reservation date.  IMPRINT? Chauffeur to call the office for instructions.  SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The chauffeur will re-confirm with the customer the 2nd pick-up time and location (if applicable) during the 1st pick-up.  You may re-confirm your reservation at any time.  If My Chauffeur is unable to contact you for whatever reason to re-confirm your reservation; the reservation is still contractually binding, confirmed and secure. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Confirmation With No Penalty.  If your flight is cancelled, the passenger must call My Chauffeur to cancel or confirm their new flight # at least 2 hours before scheduled PDX landing time.  If any cancellation occurs less than two (2) hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit card.  2-hour cancellation notice must be by phone call or text message and must be confirmed with cancellation #.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.  The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My Chauffeur.

VEHICLES:  This is a REQUEST for a vehicle.  Specific Vehicles Are NOT Guaranteed; but the vehicle IS guaranteed to accommodate the groups passenger # specified in this contract.  My Chauffeur will schedule for your group the above requested vehicle (see VEHICLE above); but we will occasionally use alternate vehicles or vehicles not listed above to accommodate your group. All Vehicles Are Subject To Change Without Notice.  All vehicles are subject to availability.  1-4 Passenger Denali Limousine (seats up to 6), 2-8 Passenger Limousine (seats up to 8), 14 passenger limo Bus (seats up to 14), 1-5 passenger Town Cars (seats up to 5) are available.  For specific vehicle special requests, a surcharge may apply.  Vehicles may be viewed at www.TourPortland.com/vehicles.htm.
